Senior Account Managers - Troy, MI



iVantage Group is currently looking for several talented Senior Account Managers for a great client of ours in Troy, MI. This position is full time, direct hire.






• Lead Business Pursuit opportunities on connection systems with Multiple customers in one of our emerging product segments


• Manage the accounts of multiple customers, including the following:


     o Resolution of customer commercial disputes


     o Managing the customer relationships and voice of the customer,


     o Maximizing profitability of the account


• Achieve and exceed all booking metrics


• Formulate business pursuit strategies and detailed value


• Propositions for multiple customers


• Manage sales force data for all active accounts






Position Requirements:


• Ability to forge customer relationships with purchasing, engineering and business teams of our customers


• Persistence to achieve revenue and profit goals


• Demonstrated leadership experience


• Business acumen


• Excellent communication and people skills


• Able to interface globally with sales teams and customers


• Proven ability to work autonomously


• Ability to solve complex problems


• Ability to deal with and reconcile conflicting strategies




Preferred Experience:


• Connection systems experience


• Sales and engineering background




Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree – Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering


Education Preferred: MBA
