The individual must be competent in all aspects of the recruiting process. This person will need to be fairly independent and not need a lot of micro-management.  The main focus will be placing IT talent with our Fortune 500 client base. The Recruiter will partner with our sales force to manage the execution of hiring new employees for our local and national clients.  The ideal candidate must be well versed in sourcing, screening, interviewing and negotiating offers. Description:
Work with a collaborative group of sales and recruiting professionals dedicated to the development of long term client relationships and an innovative recruiting process. The chosen professional will be responsible for identifying, cultivating and closing new business opportunities. We are looking for polished, intelligent go-getters to join our seasoned team of Talent Acquisition professionals.


Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for selling contract and permanent placement services to current and new clients.
* Maintain accurate and timely data of sales activities-forecast and closed opportunities.

Accountant - Brighton, MI

Core duties will include:


o Manage all corporate accounting activities

Product Manager Hybrid Vehicles - Troy or Auburn Hills, MI



iVantage Group is seeking a Product Manager Hybrid Electric Vehicle / Electric Vehicle Connection Systems individual for a great client in Troy or Auburn Hills, MI. This position is full time, direct hire.






MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Provide Technical Leadership in Michigan (team leader)


• Write Technical Design Requests/identify new business opps.


• Develop and maintain technical relationship with customer


• Act as primary engineering application contact with customer


• Provide on site technical support to customer


• Conduct technical reviews on connection product portfolio


• Act as onsite support to resolve component issues




Job Requirements:


• 5 years experience as a component engineer or technical connection systems Sales Engineer.


• Experience in performing tech reviews in front of customers


• Ablility to travel


• Preferred experience working with OEM (ie GM, Volkswagen, Ford) or device supplier (ei Conti, Magna, Borg Warner)

Description:
Formulate and implement robust pricing strategies to Improve margins and maximize revenue
Optimize the EOS related to disciplined pricing process and controls              
Center of expertise for market pricing across all channels, customers, and regions
Analyze pricing dynamics by channel and customer, understanding market impact related to commodities, labor, currency, logistics, supply/demand, etc..
Lead and supervise pricing analyst team in NA
Leadership role in PXRB and DPRG related to pricing strategy (including market price ladders)


Requirements/Preferred experience:  
Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to effectively lead global initiatives and resolve complex problems
Demonstrated business acumen including detailed experience in case preparation and cash flow analysis

North American Device Channel Manager - Troy, MI

iVantage Group is looking for a North American Device Channel Manager for a great client in Troy, MI. This position is a full time, direct hire opportunity.


Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and own Device (PCB solution, Hybrid Pigtails and data connectivity products) target customers

• Develop and drive device customer strategies in North America

• Define and implement product and technology innovation needed to secure a profitable Device growth in North America

• Lead and manage the NA Device Channel Team (Sales, product and mfg engineering and project management)

• Drive the NA pricing and quotation process to secure profitable business

• Profit and Loss responsibility for NA Device Channel including:

     o management of direct controlled cost centers

     o ownership of NA quotation process

     o drive the NA Device production cost center


Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years experience in PCB connector (header) industry (automotive experience preferred)

• Leadership of a group larger than 20 people for more than 5 years

• International experience and strong intercultural communication skills

• Current or previous position would be: Product Management Group Leader, Business Unit Leader

• Ability to solve complex problems

• Ability to deal with and reconcile conflicting business strategies


Preferred Experience:
