iVantage Group is one of the fastest growing Talent Acquisition firms in Michigan. Our rapidly growing Brighton, MI office is seeking a part-time accountant, with the possibility to grow into a leadership role.
Core duties will include:
o Manage all corporate accounting activities
o Customer invoicing
o Payroll: all hours are correct and payments are correct. Paying subcontractors.
o Manage Payroll Vendor
o Accounts Receivable
o Accounts Payable
o Client profitability review
o Budgeting and Forecasting. i.e. computers, new, larger lease, supplies
o Monthly financial review with senior leadership
o Variance analysis and explanations/whys.
o Work with and manage current outsourced CPA
o Manage admin
o Trusted advisor
