Recruiter - Brighton, MI

iVantage Group is looking for a Technical Recruiter to work in our fast growing Brighton, MI location.

The individual must be competent in all aspects of the recruiting process. This person will need to be fairly independent and not need a lot of micro-management.  The main focus will be placing IT talent with our Fortune 500 client base. The Recruiter will partner with our sales force to manage the execution of hiring new employees for our local and national clients.  The ideal candidate must be well versed in sourcing, screening, interviewing and negotiating offers. We are only looking for A+ players with a track record of success in the technology industry.

Qualifications:

* Must have technical recruiting experience

* Excellent communication and organizational skills

* The ability to manage several requirements

* Expert level skills sourcing candidates

* Experience working in a very fast-paced group

* BA/BS a plus.
