Account Manager/Sales - Brighton, MI

iVantage Group is looking for a Account Manager/Sales Person to work in our fast growing Brighton, MI location.


Description:
Work with a collaborative group of sales and recruiting professionals dedicated to the development of long term client relationships and an innovative recruiting process. The chosen professional will be responsible for identifying, cultivating and closing new business opportunities. We are looking for polished, intelligent go-getters to join our seasoned team of Talent Acquisition professionals.


Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for selling contract and permanent placement services to current and new clients.
* Maintain accurate and timely data of sales activities-forecast and closed opportunities.
* Work in a collaborative team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth targets.
* Work closely with all members of the sales team to support current customers.
* Work directly with recruitment to produce quality candidates for the account.


Experience and Background:
* Must have 1-3 years of outside sales experience.
* Self motivation with a strong ethic and demonstrated “ownership” in your work.
* Ability to work effectively with team members.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Have strong aptitude for technology.
* Have excellent telephone skills.
* Maintain timely and accurate system records regarding client activity, database, contacts and opportunities.
* Be persistent and thorough in making contact with customers to insure Company is meeting/exceeding high levels of satisfaction.
* Have excellent written skills for introductory, meeting follow-up and on-going account management purposes.
* Ability to multi-task, problem solve and manage client relationships.
* Flexibility to travel.
