Responsible for activities such as, but not limited to:
- Budget responsibility for projects, providing status updates and input on IT and capital expense plans
- Lead and/or provide work direction to other employees/contractors
- May provide input to performance and development plans
- May be responsible for mentoring and training of various levels of employees
Required skills:
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft tables included in HCM modules
- Extensive knowledge with HCM modules, Time & Labor, NA Payroll, Benefits and Absence Management. Global Payroll knowledge is plus
- Hands on functional and configuration knowledge to address business rules, setup tables and security requirements
- Experience must include either full life cycle implementation or upgrade experience
- Experience in assisting in creation of functional and business requirements, design documents, security design, training materials, test scripts, etc
- Solid understanding of integration points within HCM modules and with FIN modules
- Query writing skills
- Ability to interact effectively with non-technical, functional user community and resolve data and application issues
- Analytical/troubleshooting skills and production support experience
Technical skills required for this position:
- Ability to interpret requirements data, map current and future state business processes
- Ability to develop plans to address functional gaps between the PeopleSoft and the redesigned processes
- Possesses implementation experience to address multiple integration points between functions, related interface and data conversion issues, and expanded setup and configuration requirements
- Ability to translate customer needs and business requirements into features, functions, products and services deliverable through PeopleSoft application
- Ability to interact with the business users to describe and demonstrate system functionality and to design applicable customized solutions
- Ability to create and Review functional and business requirements documents
- Possess the skills to collaborate with technical developers to design work modules in conjunction with functional specifications
- Possesses configuration and set up knowledge for PeopleSoft HCM modules
- Ability to develop and review test strategies, test plans and test scripts
- Possesses the experience and skills to conduct and participate in end to end system testing including the communication and coordination with development team on bug fixes
- Ability to recommend best practices in application configuration including the PeopleSoft modules of Time & Labor, HR, NA Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management

- 10+ years experience with PeopleSoft

- nVision report creation/modification
- HP Quality Center
